Very clean and convenient place, comfortable bed, and all the amenities you need. Large grocery store located very close by, but also some nice local organic markets in the neighborhood. Excellent location in a safe and quiet neighborhood with access to both city centre and gorgeous ocean view walks just steps away. Easy convenient check in process and very responsive to any queries with great guide book provided.

We have been renting through Victoria Prime for many years; they are always a pleasure to deal with! Any question or concern is dealt with immediately, so no worries while on holiday. We have spent time in a number of their properties, and each one has been well equipped and spotlessly clean.
We’ve now picked our favourite, the bright and spacious Menzies Penthouse! Location is incredible, walking distance to everything, especially the Ogden Point breakwater and the ocean!

Being in Victoria for 6 weeks needing a central location, this apartment was perfect! The place was spacious, clean, bright and well appointed. The building is safe and secure and the underground parking very convenient. Great amenities within walking distance. Crust Bakery and Yates Street Market highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Menzies Manor, hosted by Victoria Prime Services. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The location was fantastic: a one-minute walk from the beach and a ten-minute walk from downtown Victoria. Check-in and check-out were easy, and communication with the host was excellent.

Excellent stay! The apartment is just as it looks on the site. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood 1/2 block from the water and easy walking distance to all city sites and restaurants. Very comfortable bed! We will rent here again on our next trip!

We rented a condo “Pandora Penthouse” through Victoria Prime in July 2022. The unit was not as advertised, it was listed as an UPSCALE PENTHOUSE. 595 - Pandora Ave

The couch was stained everywhere, the bbq was rusted so badly it couldn’t be used (they suggested putting foil on it) the sheets were worn with holes, the ceiling fan units were on the same frequency so when using them in one room operated in another room, the bathtub had dust bunnies in it as likely no one used it but it was not cleaned prior to our arrival, walls in the unit had been spot painted (whole place needed to be painted ) carpet in several areas had large stains and could have used a cleaning or replacement, the patio furniture was disgustingly covered in mold, the plants on the balcony were dead yet the photos suggested a beautiful patio with lovely furniture and thriving plants. The moldy furniture on the large patio space made it undesirable to use this space. Ted even suggested that he’d spoken to the owner about getting new patio furniture and BBQ….. overall a huge disappointment from what the pictures showed and how the unit was represented.

We expressed our concerns, Victoria Prime offered a $500 discount. The point was NEVER the money but that they had not represented this property well. UPSCALE - hmm NOT EVEN CLOSE!! Bottom line was that the condo was not as listed!!!

This year we found a different unit in Victoria on line through VRBO and sent an inquiry to the owner. Victoria Prime responded to us to say they managed the unit and would not rent to us any more! What the heck?! We had LEGITIMATE CONCERNS in a previous rental and now we are banned from renting their listings? I wrote to them to express my thoughts on this and never even received a response from either Ted Hoff or Maureen Sampson.

We have rented short term rentals for years and had a positive experience and were always welcome back to any property we’ve ever stayed at. In fact we go above and beyond in all places we stay. VICTORIA PRIME is acting UNPROFESSIONAL in my mind and not being held accountable at all for the misrepresentation of a property they advertised.

Victoria Prime Services were wonderful! Our flight came early and they have allowed us to stay earlier. The location was perfect and everything you needed was around the corner. They also were quick to respond to when we needed something. I recommend staying with them in the future 🙂 thank you for the great stay, we will definitely be back
