Bonjour déçu de cette agence qui doit s'occuper en priorité de ces clients anglais, ne répond rarement au téléphone, fait la tête pour une contre visite de 30 minutes et plus d'un mois pour obtenir un compromis .
Je déconseille.

Messaged that we were interested in properties in Normandy, with a fairly healthy budget and would be interested to view some properties, only to be told that during our week over there the office is closed and there are no properties available for us!
No suggestions, no request for details, no saying ‘they’ll keep in touch’ - absolutely nothing!
Contacted JB French properties and they couldn’t have been more helpful, suggesting houses for us and that they will be in touch with us prior to our trip with some suggestions and look forward to seeing us.

so our hard earned cash will be going to them.

We would buy a house in normandy so during we last holiday we asked for a visit by e-mail: one of Suzanne's collaborators arrived on time for the appointment, was available and patient for as long as necessary and made every effort to understand our terrible English. The responses to my emails full of questions were very quick and complete.
So far everything is excellent and very professional.
