SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to make a return and the sales rep we encountered had the most HORRIBLE attitude and AWFUL service. The bag we were returning was brand new and never used, in all its original packaging with the receipt, box, ribbons, dust bag, and shopping bag. But she claimed she couldn’t accept the bag for return because the bag looked like it was used because the tissue paper wasn’t stuffed inside the bag. LOL. Left Glendale and went directly to Rodeo and made the return without any issues. After telling the Rodeo sales rep about this AWFUL experience at Glendale, they apologized on their behalf. Get your act together Glendale YSL.

It is disappointing to have a store for customers at a mall when you’re going to limit the capacity to 4 people at a time with a line outside. Just have a showroom by appointment only if this is how you want to run your business.

I’ve bought two Handbags there in the last two days, not happy about having to wait out side in the cold to get in, I drove 30 minutes to get there to pick something up that was brought in, and couldn’t even get in to just pay for it! I left because today it was even colder and also windy . I was so excited that they put in a YSL store closer to my house, but I would rather drive twice as far to your store in Beverly Hills and be able to just walk in, and not get treated like your not trustworthy enough to come in.The New Glendale location

Do not purchase a bag at this YSL shop in Bloomingdale. They offer the worst customer service possible and that too for a premium brand.
I recently purchased a bag and decided to return it. I live in NorCal and they made me take flight back to the store to make a return (refused online return). Once i did that they complained i pulled out a wrapping paper from the straps and forced me to either keep the bag or buy something in store of same value.

In today's world where every enterprise is aiming for best CX, this store and its management is hands down aiming for the worst.

What a nice store and wonderful people working there. We went saturday night, and I just wanted to check out a purse and everyone from the security to the people working inside were absolutely lovely. Sometimes people in Luxury stores are a bit snobby but everyone working here was nice and helpful! Really lovely
