Chase is amazing to work with, very responsive and gets back to you as soon as he possibly can on everything. He helped me organise many details to get my place ready to be rented as a furnished option. He even accompanied me on some related meetings even though he did not have to, he just wanted to make sure everything went smoothly to help me close the deal. I found Rent It Furnished online and compared them to other providers in the Toronto area. I went with Rent It Furnished as I wanted a totally hands-off approach. The team at Rent It are professional property managers. sThey visited the downtown condo, made suggestions for me to get the unit ready for rental and then they did all the needed work to finish off what I could not get done. They found the tenant, signed the lease agreement - and the best part - money got deposited into the bank account on time and as promised. If you own a condo and need to rent it out and do not want to deal with tenants, I highly recommend that you hire Rent It Furnished.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Salvati! I live in LA and needed an apartment in Toronto for 6 months. We immediately found my DREAM LOFT within my budget!!! The apartment wasn’t available until a month after my arrival, but Michelle contacted the landlord and was able to lockdown the move in date I needed! She continues to go far and beyond to make me happy! It was hard not being there to see the unit, but Michelle volunteered to video call me for a walkthrough. She is quick to respond, energetic, ambitious, funny, kind and will go out of her way to make you satisfied. Even though I’ve signed my lease, Michelle and I still text each other and we will become good friends when I officially move to Toronto! Super happy customer!

Wonderful experience with Rent it Furnished, in particular Marina! She was helpful and prompt with any issues that arose! She went above and beyond to help me when the microwave stopped working despite the landlord not wanting to deal with it! Also had a plumbing issue arise and she had someone out there the next day! Remaining on a month-to-month basis in the unit and look forward to continuing with Marina!

I needed a furnished flat in downtown Toronto for 7 months and found one that looked ideal on the Rent It Furnished website. Greg from RIF has been immensely helpful in working out an agreement with the property owner that is fair to both sides and within my budget in an overheated market. I was short on time and honestly didn’t think I would get a tenant this quickly but Erin came through for me.

She put a lot of effort into finding me a tenant quickly, even working on my behalf during her vacation time. I was also on holiday when I got the news that she had found me a tenant.

Erin helped me negotiate a good rate and resolve leasing issues. With digital signing, I was able to secure the lease while on holiday, what a great feeling to come home to a done deal!

I highly recommend Erin, she is professional, efficient and an expert in the market for furnished rentals. I look forward to future dealings with Erin.
