A éviter absolument. Malheureusement impossible de mettre 0 étoile.
Le 14/08, je souhaite réservé une visite des sites du débarquement et seul cette compagnie à de la place. Après contact téléphone, le responsable Jean Marc me demande de enir payer la réservation pour ne pas être arnaqué (
(ce que je peux comprendre) arrivé devant ce jean Marc dont l'attitude et particulièrement non chalente, je lui précise que je suis étudiant (oui 40 ans et en reprise d'étude infirmier) après un moment d'hésitation, cette personne me dit qu'il ne veut pas n m'accorder le tarif étudiant de sa brochure car il me trouve trop vieux. Ensuite il me juge sur ma reprise d'étude et est discriminant sur mon âge. En lui disant que j'accepte le plein tarif et lui précisant qu'il est désagréable, il me dit qu'il me refuse et que de toute façon il a d'autres clients.

Résultat, j'ai fait 800km après ma garde à l'hôpital pour me détendre et visiter ce magnifique site mais finalement je me fait insulter sur mon age.
Je me souviendrai donc de mes vacances et le pire c'est que cette personne est mise en avant par l'office du tourisme.
Bref, il y a d'autres professionnels qui sont beaucoup plus agréables et sans jugement sur votre vie et vos choix

Jean-Marc set us up with Francois to guide our D Day tour. We visited the Pointe du Hoc German fortifications, Omaha beach, and the American Normandy Cemetery.

WONDERFUL Guide w historical facts, a storytelling style, and local insights! Clearly an expert on WWII. Max 8people. He even picked us up at the Hotel. (Note they are a seasonal company, shutting down at month’s end for a few months)

Far & away the best thing we booked all trip. We heartily recommend!

Had a wonderful, memorable Tour with Guide, Francois. Was the highlight of our French Holiday, which was to visit the D Day Beaches etc., We are still surprised and very happy we visited so many of the D Day Beaches, Museums, Bunkers and the American Cemetery. Also Pointe du Hoc. We didn’t have a Rental car and had chosen Bayeux as our Base then worried about the huge discrepancy in charges for Tours. Alarmingly expensive mostly but that didn’t seem a guarantee we’d necessarily see a lot. I’m also wary of Group Tours which usually come with over garrulous people who end up causing the Tour to run short here or there. We noticed the Tour sign on the Gare Hotel in Bayeux and enquired not planning to do the Tour immediately but subsequently agreed to do the Sunday afternoon Tour with Francois. Our further good fortune to be just us two and Francois who was definitely our kind of Guide. Knowledgeable, interesting and focused on getting around to the sites and explaining where we were and what had happened and when. We knew very little before but have trawled online extensively since. It was fantastic to be driven around in his spacious van to so many areas across over 6 hours. We saw so much and effortless on our part other than walking at sites. It was wonderful.
After the event, we encountered other people who were trying to get around D Day Beaches, with cars, and many expressed great disappointment at how difficult it had been and they were amazed by what we had done. We got to Juno and the Canadian Staff helped us with information which enabled us to get to Sword, Pegasus Bridge and Gondree Cafe (by Taxi) and it was worth that effort but this Tour with Francois was outstanding. €87 a bargain!

Absolute godsend. You can't really tour the significant areas of Normandy without a car, and they are one of the first things you see as you walk out of Bayeux Station. Convenient reception area from station, and extremely friendly and knowledgable staff, I cannot recommend them enough. I was able to buy tickets from the office on the day of the tour, but it may be a safer option to pre-book.

Tour itself is amazing, covering the artificial harbor, "Mulberry" remains along with museum, multiple significant Normandy beach landing sites, the American Cemetery, German bunker sites and lastly, rounding up the tour with Pont Du Hoc. The tour guide/driver was incredibly knowledgable and happy to answer the many questions our group had! If you want to see a lot, this tour is for you. The tour itself didn't feel rushed, but just know going in that they will be trying to show you a lot during the 6ish hours of the tour.

Again, can't recommend them enough! Thanks!

I visited here several years ago but I still think back to when I took a tour with this company. They're literally the first place you see when you get off the train and are extremely easy to book with. My tour guide was fantastic and took us many places definitely couldn't have reached on my own. Should I ever return to France I'll certainly take another tour with them!
