[in english here below] Je ne recommande absolument pas de travailler avec ce promoteur, ITEP à Annecy. Pendant les 6 premiers mois qui ont suivi la signature de la réservation, il ne s'est strictement rien passé. J'ai donc du prolonger mon prêt. Ensuite d'autres problème sont survenus, suite à de nombreuses remarques de mon notaire. Enfin, le lendemain d'un échange téléphonique avec le promoteur qui s'est bien déroulé, il m'envoit un recommandé avec mise à demeure de signer l'acte authentique sous une semaine alors qu'il m'était impossible de me déplacer dû au confinement. Il a du coup garder le dépôt de garantie. Nous sommes à ce jour en litige.

I absolutely do not recommend working with this promoter, ITEP in Annecy. During the first 6 months after signing the reservation, absolutely nothing happened. So I had to extend my loan offer. Then other problems arose, following numerous remarks from my lawyer. Finally, the day after a telephone exchange with the promoter which went well, he sent me a registered letter with formal notice to sign the authentic sale within a week when it was impossible for me to travel due to covid lockdown. He decided to keep the security deposit whithout trying to find an agreement. We are currently in dispute.
