This a great condo with ocean views from every unit. It is clean and convenient access to the beach. There's three pools and tennis court, and friendly staff.

Such a great little condo! You can basically walk right out on the water from your condo. There are two pools and a great table/tanning area. There’s stairs to walk down on to the beach with a spray down station to get all the sand off of you. The beach is so clean and there is plenty of room for you to camp out for the day, throw a football or frisbee around or try to catch a wave in the water! Such a fun little spot with lots of food and attractions nearby. Saw a lot of marine life such as dolphins, pelicans, and other that this of tropical fish. You will not regret staying here.

We really enjoyed our week here. First time in New Smyrna Beach. Access to the beach from the condo was very easy. We were down the week before Memorial day and it was very slow the whole week, but exactly what we were looking for. The condo complex seems to be from the 60s or 70s, but is very well maintained. The pools were very clean. We had a 2 bedroom condo on the south side of the complex and the views down the beach were amazing. Also, due to the sea turtles the area tries to keep ambient light low, so that means the star gazing off the balcony is also amazing!

We stayed here for vacation, the place was very clean. The rooms all have great views of the ocean. 2 pools, and direct access to the ocean which has white sand. New Smyrna is a very nice city with great beaches. I would recommend this place to rent or buy. It is a great location to have access to other cities in Florida.

Horrible experience since new manager has taken over. What once was a wonderful, welcoming stay is now a hastle and headache. New manager patrols the pool deck like a tyrant. Old elevators, outdated facilities...outrageous for the prices they are charging. New Smyrna is a beautiful beach... there are plenty of other places to spend your money. Do not recommend.

Ocean front condos on wide, white sand beach, great family vacation destination.

Errol has 1 and 2 bedroom condos for rent that sleep 4-6 people respectively. The units all have ocean and pool views and have washers and dryers, dishwashers, and fully equipped kitchens.

The grounds are beautifully maintained and there are 2 pools.

New management company is the worst we've ever experienced. Not family friendly....or friendly at all. After 20+ years of coming to this complex and 3 generations, our group of over 30 people from 6 states will never be back, terrible customer service and sudden new "rules" that are not revealed until you have left the property and get a letter 2 months later keeping your deposit. Terrible experience and not worth the prices they are now charging to rent. New Smyrna is a wonderful place to vacation, but NOT at this complex.
