Whenever I have called with an issue, they pick up and answer any questions I may have with courtesy (pun intended), professionalism, and patience. I'm now very happy with them managing Century Park West. Nieve is also very nice! Thank you!

Terrible customer service. They never pick up. If they do, they transfer you to someone that... Guess what? Never picks up! Nor do they return your calls, voice-mails, or emails. Super unprofessional. All they do is collect a check.

Worst property management.

If you're buying a house in an association, please make sure the property management has good reviews. They're extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. They started towing cars parked in guest spots for "excessive guest use" if you parked even a few hours. The association fee includes pool maintenance, and the pool is always dirty (full of leaves, sticks, hair, bugs), and the water fountain has been broken for over 6 months. The pool bathrooms also never simultaneously have toilet paper (if any). When you call to express concern, they make it very clear they do not care and as though it is not their problem.

Update: the pool has also been under maintenance for over a year. Absurd.

They are rude for no reason. I bought a property Isamaria is the person I was dealing with and she has a nasty attitude for no reason. It’s nobody’s fault you work there at least treat people with respect especially when they have offered you respect.

I just want to share my experience with Courtesy Property Management. Before I had no idea of how good they were, but now that I have to deal with another management company, I realize that the ratings in the reviews are not a true measure of the kind of service you will receive. Courtesy Property Management’s accounting department is extraordinary, they keep good records of all expenses, clear and well organized. I had to go to their office to review some records and they were very attentive and helpful, trust me, other management companies are not like that. They have an outstanding staff, specially Karina, Monica and Theresa. They are always very professional, courteous and service driven.

The customer service is horrendous. They never answer the phone. Voicemails go unreturned. They do not help find a solution to the issue, they just create more of an issue.

Courtesy? There is nothing courteous about this team of inadequate, disrespectful, and ignorant people. I only give it one star cause google has yet to add a zero star function. They have very unclear rules and they enforce the wrong ones at that. They are quick to tow your vehicle but very slow at handing out decals for parking spaces and correcting issues that actually mater. Good luck getting a clear answer from a team of people who can’t write a clear and concise email. If you can’t speak the language it’s completely fine, no judgements but get some help writing an email In English so that there’s no confusion or miscommunication. They have absolutely no involvement in trying to hire security guards for the properties they manage but are quick to milk you for a bogus dumping fine that they made up on the spot and will try to take legal actions against you without knowing the law which is actually pretty funny. Whoever is in charge please fire this team of incompetent people. They are truly ruining a very nice part of Kendall.

Courtesy is not part of their business model. If you are looking for a property management company- do not hire this one! Any phone communication, they will not let you speak and talk over you, even with simple questions. Ana Maria is not friendly

Impossible to reach, never answer phone calls or emails. If you are lucky after calling 100 times, you MIGHT get someone to answer the phone. The elevator in my property has been down for 4 MONTHS!!! No explanations, they make up excuses to why it's still not functioning. Everytime they have a new story about the elevator and there are always LIES!!! They say they are waiting for Dade County permits and when you search for them(they are public record) NO permit applications exist. HOA was raised almost 30%. They are absolutely abusive, WORST property management company ever!!!!
