Michelle and Gareth handled the sale of our property in Saint Antonin this year and we couldn’t be happier with the result – a quick sale and a great price. We dealt with Michelle for the sale of our house in the centre of St Antonin which we listed with her during our stay there in the summer of 2023. I must say she is one of the best and most responsive real estate agents we have ever dealt with. As we live in Australia, most of our interactions after the initial listing were done at a distance and she was always available. We had a few administrative issues to overcome and she went to great lengths to help us sort through them. At the time we listed she provided candid and honest advice and feedback, especially so as the market conditions at that time in France were not very favourable for selling houses.
We do speak reasonable french, but as she also speaks English by birth, that certainly helped as well.
Could not recommend her highly enough.
