The worst staffing agency I’ve ever worked with. First they send you on these low wage bottom barrel jobs that show no long term stability. They have a bunch of those. Then they call you every week or two just to regather information about you and do absolutely nothing with it. I’ve been in contact with them for over a year and never got one serious interview. Meanwhile my other agencies are booking me every week. Then when they call the questions are invasive and do not pertain to them revealing information about a potential position. They want to know about your personal life and what you have going on instead of presenting you new opportunities. After a year of hell working with these people I had to check the reviews. Believe me when I say this I believe them all and the other reviews inspired me to share my story. Do not waste your time with these people. Next time they call I’m skipping the professional part and giving them a piece of my mind. No I will not be updating anyone about what I’ve been doing or any offers I’ve received. I don’t give information to people who don’t hold my best interest.

Do not waste your time!!! If I could rate this company a 0 I would! They first act very interested on helping you find employment. They make it sound very promising. After my first interview, I was told there would be another job lined up. If I could please provide my SSN and DOB which was needed for this type of job. Ghosted.. never got a follow up until I called in and had to leave a voicemail asking for an update. I received a call back a day later after I called back again, made very obvious my calls were being ignored!
Please train your staff to be more professional and follow up without ghosting or ignoring calls.

Contacted Robert Half as they state they are a staffing agency and their primary targeted is for unemployed individuals. Everything was good had a great interview experience (4-3-23) signed onboarding documents then had a call from a recruiter and then all communication stopped. I followed up via phone with the recruiter, no response back after a week. Emailed Kayley (4-20-23), after 2 weeks of no communication, not even a reply back. I find this extremely unprofessional and will never give Robert Half any chance of recommendation. They say they have many jobs for me and say I’m the perfect candidate and I even applied to 12 jobs on the app and nothing gets sent to the location. Don’t even bother asking me to contact customer care because that isn’t going to solve the issue. Conduct an internal investigation and hold people accountable for not communicating, following up, and doing their jobs in a professional manner. It’s one thing to be busy over many candidates but in a professional manner nearly a month and cutting communication is disrespectful

No follow up from Robert Half whatsoever after second 1-hour long interview with job. Employer seemed interested in offering me towards the end of the interview. However, the pay rate was clearly not communicated between employer and Robert Half, this was evident because I asked the employer what it was in which they didn't even have a response. No follow up from the employer either but oh well. Thankfully got offered another job within a week later without Robert Half's service.

Sadly to say but after my first interaction with a recruiter she noted a negative note on my profile over an emergency which I had to finish an assignment. I've never worked with an agency before, so as a first timer I will say this has been hard for me to even get in touch with recruiters. Everytime I call its usually c.s rep that will answer and then ask to see if any recruiter can take my call and it has been no success. They sure do forward me direct jobs to my personal emails and ask for specific instructions regarding updated resumes and to whom submit them to. When I immeadiay submit the docs. They don't ever reach back . So I do. I ask for an update or even ask if the position has been filled and I'm tired calling them over 7xs a day

The second I signed up for Robert half, I had calls from their team setting up interviews for me and possible job matches. I got a job within a week of being with their agency, and have now been hired full time at that job. My recruiter Shezad was very helpful and supportive the whole way!

If I could give them -0 I would! Do not even waste your time with the agency. The recruiters do not return your phone calls, do not email you back, nothing. I’ve never had an employment agency literally ghost me. Keep it moving if your considering them!!!!

Robert Half is supposed to be known for great service. But for myself it's been nothing of the sort. I had one of their "directors" Alison Degnon reach out to me on LinkedIn. We have set multiple dates to connect about a position. Unfortunately Alison has been very unprofessional and disrespectful of other peoples time. She isn't on time to the scheduled meeting and then cancels last minute. With no notice. Doesn't not respond to emails. She is not respectful of my time I can only imagine how other clients may feel. I suggest not to work with Alsion.
