Before I vist this LA branch, I called in 1st and asked a lot of questions & Rosslyn answered them.

Said she will email me the forms to fill out via online. She emailed it the same day, less than hour and did not make me wait to receive it the next day. Love it!

I filled out the forms and emailed her, requesting to see her the same day if my docs is good. She CALLED ME THE SAME DAY! HIGHLY RELIABLE.

She called to clarify some info I submitted. She gave me the opportunity to meet with her on the same day. I didn't have to wait another day. Thank you Rosslyn!

Rosslyn is amazing, professional, courteous, respectful, very easy to converse and work with. She made me feel safe and comfortable doing business with this bank.

I have no complaints. The people working for EB&T are professional. They support you. But understand nothing is never perfect anywhere or with anybody bank, people err, make mistakes, so keep that in mind. At all times. People are allowed to have their "I am not in the best in mood, right now."
