Sono in affitto con Pompei da 2 anni. purtroppo devo rescindere il contratto di locazione un mese prima perché sono dovuto tornare in Spagna. l'appartamento rientrava nel mio budget, vicino alla metropolitana e grazie a Dio era l'unico appartamento disponibile che potevo prendere entro quella fascia di 1200€ vicino alla metropolitana. Tutto era bene collegato e ogni problema che ho avuto, Pompei me lo ha risolto in breve tempo grazie ragazzi anche per aver conservato i miei pacchi ?

The service provided by Pompeii Realty was incredibly disappointing. The people responsible for managing the apartment treated us with a severe lack of professionalism, leaving us with a flat full of issues, such as a broken heater, mould, and damp walls (the apartment was in the basement, and we had no way of opening the windows). They disappeared during business hours and treated us with clear indifference and disrespect. I wouldn’t recommend Pompeii Realty to my worst enemy. If you're reading this, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere, as they’re nothing but unprofessional people who only care about taking your money.

Il servizio fornito da Pompeii Realty è stato estremamente deludente. Le persone responsabili della gestione dell’appartamento ci hanno trattato con una grave mancanza di professionalità, lasciandoci con un appartamento pieno di problemi, come il riscaldamento rotto, la muffa e le pareti umide (l’appartamento era nel seminterrato e non potevamo aprire le finestre). Sono spariti durante l’orario di lavoro e ci hanno trattato con evidente indifferenza e mancanza di rispetto. Non consiglierei Pompeii Realty nemmeno al mio peggior nemico. Se state leggendo questo, vi consiglio vivamente di cercare altrove, perché si tratta solo di persone non professionali che pensano solo a prendere i vostri soldi.
